Job summary

Revere Health in Provo, UT is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented front desk/medical office assistant to support patient intake, scheduling, and records management.

You will maintain patient demographics and insurance information, protect confidentiality, and ensure efficient care in a fast-paced clinic across multiple locations in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork, with training provided for medical office tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Attention to detail, strong organization skills and to be able to follow through on all tasks.
• Demonstrates excellent computer, telephone, and communication skills.
• Proactive, dependable, professional, and friendly team player.
• Great with people, with the ability to interact with a lot of different personalities.

• Medical office experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Hours

MONDAY-FRIDAY 7:45 am-5 pm with one assigned day off. This position will be in the North locations but must be able to work in all locations Provo, American Fork, Lehi and Salem. if needed.
