Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, creating a welcoming first impression
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, showroom, and waiting lounge
• Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, etc.
• Assist the sales teams with admin support as needed
• Log customer information accurately in the CRM
• Provide accurate information regarding dealership hours, promotions, etc.
• Uphold a professional appearance and always comply with dealership policies
