Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Virginia to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professionals. The role focuses on delivering warm, personalized service and arranging appointments.

You will help ensure client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually, while keeping the office organized and welcoming. Previous customer service experience and multitasking skills are valued.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
