Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Waukon, IA to welcome clients, answer phones, and match clients with tax professionals. You will help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions.

The role emphasizes fast-paced collaboration, strong communication, and comfort with Microsoft Office. Prior customer service experience is preferred and flexibility to work at multiple locations may be required.
