Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones and connect clients with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. The franchise office may have flexible location options and requires a friendly, proactive team player.
