Job summary

H&R Block in McMinnville, OR is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert. This role emphasizes friendly service and building client relationships.

You will schedule appointments, ensure needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and help keep the office organized. Prior customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.
