Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments and help ensure every client’s needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels.

• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
