Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and support a fast-paced office.

This role emphasizes friendly service, organization, and teamwork, with flexibility to work across locations as needed in a franchise setting. The position offers part-time hours during the tax season.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
