Job summary

MANA Family Medicine is seeking a friendly Receptionist to support patient encounters at our Northwest Arkansas clinics. You will help schedule appointments, verify contact information, and coordinate chart delivery to the relevant teams.

This role emphasizes accurate record-keeping and courteous patient interaction in a busy clinic environment. Responsibilities include answering calls, following up on no-shows, handling messages promptly, collecting copays, and balancing at day end.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
