A nonprofit health care organization is seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service at multiple locations. The role involves scheduling appointments, assisting patients, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and customer service experience.
Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit health care organization whose mission is to provide exceptional health care to people facing access barriers through clinical programs and education. We provide integrated health care services including medical, dental, and behavioral health through our 21 outpatient health centers. We deliver care with our strong "Hospitality" culture. Our organization has over 800 employees and serves more than 74,300 patients annually in the Pikes Peak and East Central regions of Colorado. Our service area covers 14 counties, from the front range to the Kansas border, with locations throughout Colorado Springs, Fountain, Flagler, Divide, Limon, and Strasburg. Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).
Compensation (Pay): $16.00to $23.20/hourly,based on experience. Earn a $2.00 shift differential over the standard starting wage.

Job Summary:The Receptionist is the first line of customer service at the centers and provides direct support and guidance to the patrons of Peak Vista by performing the following duties. This role requires flexiblity as it involves working at multiple Peak Vista locations in Colorado Springs.

Education/Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent education
Work Experience:Two years customer service experience preferred
