Edmonds Village Senior Living in Edmonds, WA is seeking a part-time Receptionist to create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors while providing essential administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Recent experience as a receptionist or concierge, preferably within a senior living community.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Possession of a valid Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain within seven days.
  • Possession of a MAST 12 (Alcohol Service) Permit or ability to obtain within seven days.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome residents and visitors, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor at all times
  • Professionally manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries as appropriate
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the values of Edmonds Village Senior Living
  • Support the executive team by performing a variety of administrative duties with confidentiality and discretion
  • Contribute actively to ongoing improvement projects within the community
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly environment including, but not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning office windows, of the administrative area
  • Conduct security checks of internal floors during evening hours to ensure safety and security
  • Utilize stairs as needed throughout daily duties
  • Safely lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds
