Job summary

Hireology is seeking a part-time receptionist to support Sales, Parts, Service and Body Shop departments. Evening hours 2:00pm-8:00 PM (Mon-Thu) and 2:00-6:00 PM (Fri), plus every other Saturday.

You will work independently, operate the switchboard, handle cash and payments, manage documents, update spreadsheets, and assist with office duties for multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Organized and able to follow directions.
• Cash Handling Experience.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and staff while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
• Scanning of documents from the various departments.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Update spreadsheets as needed.
• Document License Plate and fuel transactions.
• Assist with making sales folders.
• Assist Controller with any misc office duties.

This is a PART TIME opportunity to join our team, with evening hours between 2:00pm-8:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) 2:00-6:00 PM (Friday) 8:00-5:00 PM (Every other Saturday).
