Qualifications

• Previous Reception, Call-Center, or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Previous Automotive experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing inbound calls.
• Assisting customers with updates, service inquiries, and scheduling.
• Occasionally processing transactions and cashing out customers.
• Providing support across various departments as needed.
