Receptionist/Cashier FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS

Join our team as a Receptionist/Cashier, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with callers professionally, friendly, and efficiently, minimizing wait times
• Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries
• Calculate customer bills using the dealership’s computer system
• Assist the General Manager with clerical duties as needed
• Maintain a friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient demeanor with customers and employees
• Receive and record cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
• Handle customer complaints with integrity, referring to appropriate personnel when necessary
