Great Clips is seeking a friendly receptionist at a locally owned salon to welcome customers, assist with Online Check-In, support stylists, and help keep the front desk running smoothly. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a team-focused environment.

No cosmetology or barber license is required, and training is provided. You’ll gain valuable salon experience and have the opportunity to grow into other roles with the franchised owner’s guidance.

You are responsible for creating a comfortable, friendly, and professional environment by greeting customers warmly, keeping the salon clean and organized, providing accurate wait times, and helping manage the flow of guests.
• Will I be expected to stand during my shift as a receptionist?A: Yes. The receptionist role in Great Clips salons is an active, on-your-feet position. You should be prepared to stand for the majority of your shift while greeting customers, maintaining the front area, and staying engaged with the flow of the salon.
• Do I need salon experience to apply?A: No. Prior salon experience isn’t required. Training is provided, and customer service skills are most important.
