Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a friendly and professional part-time staff member to help administer The Dance Factory in Fairfield, CA. You will be the primary point of contact for students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00-8:00 PM, Saturdays 8:30 AM-12:00 PM. Pay is commensurate with experience, with a 401(k) with company matching after 3 months and health benefit packages for part- and full-time employees.

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our dance studio The Dance Factory in Fairfield, CA. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 2:00-8:00 PM
Saturdays 8:30 AM-12:00 PM

Primary responsibilities include

• Greeting students and families arriving for classes and direct them as needed
• Responding to scheduling and enrollment related phone calls and emails from students and families
• Interfacing with teachers and other staff and helping with events
• General administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in dance and dance education would be an asset.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job. Health benefit packages are available to all part- and full-time employees.

The Dance Factory provides the community with a fun and comfortable environment to explore the performing art of Dance. Our classes are offered in group settings, private, and semi private lessons.
