Job summary

Ebenezer’s Sycamore of River Falls is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet residents, visitors and vendors, answer phones, and support daily operations in a senior living community. This on-site role involves clerical tasks, coordinating rooms and tours, and assisting with move-ins and resident needs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience. A supportive benefits package accompanies this full-time opportunity in River Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and vendors and provide courteous assistance.
• Answer phones, take messages, and relay to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support a professional first impression.
• Respond to emergencies per building policy and procedures.
• Provide clerical support (memos, letters, minutes) as needed.
• Submit work orders in TELS for resident requests.
• Manage mail, deliveries, and room/guest suite reservations.
• Assist with sales/marketing activities and move-in processes.

Job Overview

The Sycamore of River Falls is a growing, we are a full-service senior living community with 84 apartments including 68 blended independent and assisted living and 16 memory care apartments in a secured neighborhood on first floor. The property has four villa patio twin home units with two bedroom and three bedroom options for active, independent seniors. The apartment building consists of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. The underground parking garage has 50 parking stalls, maintenance rooms, and residents’ storage area. Managed by Ebenezer. This newer care facility is Located in River Falls, WI

Responsibilities

• Functions as receptionist for the building:
• Greets and provides courteous assistance to visitors, residents, and vendors.
• Answers the telephone, takes accurate messages and ensures delivery of message to appropriate person.
• Maintains workspace in a clean and orderly way to create the best "first impression" to customers.
• Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures.
• Provides clerical support as requested:
• May type and send out memos/communications, minutes of meetings, letters, etc. May copy, collate, and file documents.
• Submit work orders in TELS to ensure timely response to resident requests.
• Copies, collates, files, records/documents as requested.
• May be requested to type memos, letters, minutes of meetings, etc.
• Schedules and reserves various rooms and Guest Suites within the building.
• May order office supplies as needed.
• Manages, sorts, distributes building mail and package pickup for residents.
• May manage key fob system- entering, deleting key fobs.
• Updates building Directories.
• May manage and reconcile Petty Cash
• Supports sales and marketing department:
• Collect information from prospective clients.
• May provide tours for prospective clients.
• May assist with new move in paperwork/picture/keys
