The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Aide for the Regina Cleri Community in Shrewsbury, MO. The role supports retired priests, answers calls, greets visitors, and assists with minor tasks.
Shifts are evenings on Mon and Sat, 7 pm–11 pm, totaling 8 hours weekly, with potential for extra shifts. Overnight availability is a plus. The position is on-site and requires a friendly, detail-oriented person.

This is an on-site Receptionist/Aide position located in Shrewsbury, MO. Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space for our retired priests to live in community with one another.
This position is part time, 8 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as available. The shifts are as follows: Monday evening, 7 pm - 11 pm, and Saturday evening, 7 pm - 11 pm. The front office schedule is made monthly and extra available shifts will be offered to team members in advance as well as urgent needs to cover vacation and sick time of other team members. Availability to work overnight shifts is a plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering telephones; logging and directing visitors; serving and assisting priests with minor administrative and/or health-related tasks, such as making copies or giving eyedrops; handling emergencies by contacting leadership and working with emergency services; light housekeeping, including cleaning floors and bathrooms in the common areas; and other miscellaneous responsibilities that vary based on exact hours worked.
Schedule: The schedule is made monthly. The front office is open 24/7. Shifts are typically 4 or 8 hours: 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, and 11pm - 7 am. This position is part time, 8 hours per week. The shifts are as follows: Monday evening, 7 pm - 11 pm, and Saturday evening, 7 pm - 11 pm.
