PlasmaSource is seeking a Donor Experience Concierge dedicated to making a positive difference. As a Donor Experience Concierge , you are the first and last point of contact for our donors. You will create a warm, professional, caring environment that ensures every donor feels valued and appreciated. Your role is critical in delivering an exceptional donor experience and promoting donor loyalty.

What to Expect : We are expanding center to Monday-Sunday to accommodate Donor needs.

Schedule : Works Four 10-hour days -will work Weekends. Sunday availability required with a possibility of also working Saturdays.

Training : May include working Five 8-hour days.
