The Gardens at Columbine is seeking a warm, dependable Receptionist/Activities Assistant to join our hybrid team. You will manage the front desk, support the Life Enrichment team, and help coordinate engaging activities for residents.

This role blends hospitality with resident interaction in a caring senior-living setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in senior living, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, compassionate attitude with professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages accurately.
• Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-ins.
• Support Life Enrichment team and assist in planning activities.
• Coordinate logistics for activities and assist residents to events.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and provide admin support.
