Waldron-Rehabilitation-and-Healthcare-Center is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, greet visitors, and support residents and staff.

Responsibilities include operating the switchboard, directing visitors, assisting residents and families, handling admissions paperwork for the Business Development Director and Administrator, maintaining security logs, filing, mail handling, and reporting issues to the Administrator.

Qualifications

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to be resourceful, tactful, and proactive in dealing with any issues that may arise.
