Responsibilities:

This position greets visitors, determining nature of visits and directing visitors to appropriate people. Duties may include, but are not limited to, relaying incoming, outgoing calls; recording and transmitting messages; keeping records of calls placed; providing information to callers and visitors; hearing and resolving complaints; making appointments; handling incoming and outgoing mail; controlling access to the facility; keeping a log of visitors; and issuing visitor badges. In this position, one may also type and perform other routine clerical work, such as entering data and processing documents, which may occupy the major portion of the worker's time.

Qualifications:
Required:

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Candidates must possess a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. This experience should demonstrate a solid understanding and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. This background ensures the ability to efficiently manage documents, process data, and communicate within an office environment.

Security Clearance: Has ACTIVE Secret clearance.

Desired:

Previous experience in a Government Program Office with customer interaction is highly valued.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$17.75
