Role Overview:

Reporting to the Workplace Manager - Receptionist will coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety within the office. The receptionist is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, supervising task delegation & ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business & office run smoothly.

Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

What you will do:

  • General front office duties, including answering phone calls
  • Receive all visitors and guests and perform basic security processes
  • Attend to visiting F5 employees, clients and vendors
  • Manage the resupply of pantry and office supplies, letterhead and business cards for the office.
  • Show visitor/client to the relevant meeting room
  • Process, receive and deliver incoming/outgoing deliveries
  • Assist in arranging local and oversea couriers
  • Manage visitor passes for building access
  • Assist in Key management
  • Other administrative and logistical support to the Workplace team in the Singapore office
  • Perform other duties as assigned; which may include various set-up, moving, clearing, clean-up and organizing, duties related to personnel changes, unexpected workplace scenarios or special events.
  • The position involves work on-site ( 5 days)

What you will bring:

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
