The receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors and patients, answering the switchboard, managing incoming and outgoing mail, documenting incoming deliveries, and providing clerical support as assigned. The receptionist will also assist in the facilitation of safety and security initiatives including announcing codes, assuring visitor sign-in/out, reviewing and documenting patient belongings, and identifying escalation issues in teh reception area.
