Job summary

Coulter Automotive Group in Tempe, AZ seeks a friendly Receptionist to join our growing team. You will answer dealership phones, greet customers, and help schedule sale appointments.

The ideal candidate has excellent listening and communication skills, a positive personality, and is punctual with a flexible schedule. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work Sundays and weekday evenings as listed.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Take messages and deliver to correct person.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling sale appointments.

Days and Hours: Sunday 10AM-5PM, Mon 3PM-8PM, Tues 3PM-8PM. Must be available all days and every Sunday. Possibility for more hours based on needs.
