This role is essential to our mission, providing therapy, crisis support, and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Receptionist with Carolina Outreach, you will assist the company as a whole, by answering a multi-line phone, assisting with doctor appointments and charts, and greeting and directing staff and clients.Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple staff membersReception dutiesWord processing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and database programsFiling and maintaining client files appropriatelyThis description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role.
