Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, invites you to join as a receptionist at our Stafford Springs, CT location. This entry-level role puts you at the heart of resident and family interactions, serving as the first point of contact and coordinating daily communications and inquiries.

The position offers a strong foundation in long-term care, with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with office equipment and computer applications.
• Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and families.

What You'll Do:

As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
