Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a part-time Receptionist to present a welcoming front desk, handle calls and communications, and support daily office operations.
The role requires strong communication, organization, and familiarity with basic accounting and Excel. Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $20 with opportunities for daily pay and flexible evening shifts.

Responsibilities for Receptionist:
Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.
Qualifications for Receptionist:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, including Excel.
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.
