Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Richland Physical Therapy in Richland, WA seeks a full-time Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, schedule patients, and support the clinic’s daily operations.

The successful candidate will be proficient with MS Office, comfortable handling payments and insurance forms, and eager to help patients understand their treatment plans. The role offers growth opportunities, a collaborative team, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Interest in Exercise Science, Sports Performance and Fitness preferred - students pursuing a physical therapy or pre-physical therapy degree are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff.
  • Answer the phone and route calls as needed.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Minimize cancellations and empty slots.
  • Collect co-payments and insurance forms at time of service.
  • Compile and file medical charts, reports and correspondence.
  • Educate patients about insurance and treatment plans.
  • Assist with physical therapy aide duties when applicable.
  • Adhere to leadership instructions and perform additional tasks as assigned.

How you will make an impact
  • Responsible for greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate staff

What you will need to bring to the table
