Job summary

CareOne is hiring a part-time Receptionist for the Parsippany Troy Hills, NJ location. The role involves answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, sorting mail, and providing data entry support across departments.

This position offers part-time and per diem opportunities on multiple shifts. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic.
• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
• Ability to organize and ensure completion of multiple documents.
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry.
