Job summary

CareOne in Paramus, NJ is hiring a Receptionist to join our Caring Team. The receptionist will handle calls, greet visitors, and support multiple departments in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of healthcare experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within CareOne.

Salary range: $16.00-$25.00

The Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Answer and route all incoming calls with high level professionalism
• Greet Visitors
• Sort and Distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform support for all departments
• Perform Data Entry work

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
