Orting Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our busy 4-doctor practice in Washington. You will handle a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, manage appointments, and process payments while supporting a team dedicated to high-quality care for pets.

Ideal candidates bring excellent communication, organizational skills, and a love for animals. Veterinary software experience is a plus, with some weekends and holidays required to support patient care.

• Coordinate care: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointments, handle payments to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.

Job Description

Welcome to Orting Animal Hospital! We are a busy 4 doctor practice offering general practice and urgent care appointments. We always find a way to say yes. Our perfect receptionist candidate will have an outgoing personality, will be extremely comfortable making calls and talking to clients about their pets upcoming needs. They will also be dependable and organized and willing to work within a team to collaborate on patient care. A Medical Clerk license a plus, or willingness to get one within 6 months of hire.
