Job summary

Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro, part of the Nucar family of dealerships, is hiring a Full Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet guests, answer calls, manage appointments, and handle basic admin tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and computer skills, and a courteous, customer-focused attitude to ensure a seamless experience for buyers and service customers alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner as the first point of contact
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information to customers
• Perform light administrative tasks and data entry as needed
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments
• Schedule appointments for service or sales, managing appointment calendars efficiently
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Support various departments with administrative duties as necessary
• Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication and phone etiquette skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive, can-do attitude

• Comfortable working with computers and basic office software (Google Suite, and dealership specific systems)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Previous experience as a receptionist or other customer-facing role is a plus
