Gibson Dunn in New York is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering warm, concierge-level service and guiding them through the firm's resources. The role reports to the Director of Administration and requires on-site attendance Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Based in New York, the Receptionist will be the first interaction that a client or guest has when visiting the firm and is responsible for ensuring that the guest is greeted in a warm and inviting manner. Each Receptionist plays an integral role in the execution of a concierge-level experience for our clients and guests.

The annual compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
