Job Overview

FTAI Aviation is seeking a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our organization, the receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and managing the front-desk operations.

Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM / 5 days per week in office

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain orderly reception area
  • Receive & distribute deliveries
  • Handle shipping of packages
  • Order beverages, food & pantry items, office supplies (i.e., Fresh Direct, Amazon, Premier, Office Depot)
  • Keep printers stocked with paper, replace ink cartridges
  • Keep presentation & binding materials stocked & orderly
  • Maintenance & scheduling of conference rooms
  • Assist & provide back up to Admins

Qualifications

  • ~2-3 years of prior experience
  • Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
