Beaman Toyota, part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks a motivated Receptionist to join our Nashville team. We are a fast-paced, customer‑centric dealership that values teamwork and growth.

You will handle front-desk duties, greet customers, manage phones, and support administrative tasks to keep the showroom running smoothly. Qualifications include prior customer service or administrative experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and clear communication.

• Previous Customer Service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (required).
• Strong communication skills (bi-lingual a plus).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage front-desk traffic.
• Answer and screen calls, route inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support dealership operations.
