THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Manages entrance intercom, receives guests and organizes catering for meetings
  • Operates switchboard in English, Spanish and French and forwards call to specific agent
  • Checks the quality of general cleaning and coordinates additional day cleaning activities
  • Works with a functional meeting room booking system and delivers the hospitality service levels
  • Works closely with Safety and Security department on access regulations and processes
  • Works closely with the building management to address and resolve any tenant issues in a timely manner
  • Actively improves processes to become efficient and client oriented
