Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Receptionist to join the administrative team at our McCandless community. You will greet residents and visitors, answer phones, and assist with clerical tasks to support staff and operations.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating front desk activities, relaying messages, and helping the sales team with tours and data entry while maintaining courteous, professional communication with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic office skills is required.
• Please be friendly, organized and service-oriented.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals arriving at the community.
• Answer the telephone and relay messages.
• Assist with clerical tasks: typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, and mailings.
• Support the sales team with calls, tours, data entry, and inventory
