Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage voicemail and email communication
  • Support insurance agents with data entry, policy documentation, and client correspondence
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, payments, and policy documents
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Assist with updating client information in the agency management system
  • Provide general administrative support to the agency team as needed
Qualifications
  • 2 years experience in an office or customer service role (insurance experience a plus)
