CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a part-time receptionist for weekend shifts at our Lebanon, TN location. The role includes greeting visitors, answering calls, and routing inquiries. You will support residents, staff, and visitors, while helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment on site.

This position emphasizes independence, multitasking, and delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare setting. Weekend availability is required.

• Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel.

• Immediately respond to alarms or requests for emergency assistance from staff.
• Be alert at all times for any unsafe conditions that could put the residents, staff and/or visitors at risk.

A nuring home is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.

Receptionist Functions:

• Assist nursing with any residents, staff and/or visitors that are acting in a manner that threatens the safety of the resident or any other person.
• Immediately respond to any alarms or requests for emergency assistance from staff.
• Be alert at all times for any unsafe conditions that could put the residents, staff and/or visitors at risk.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to work independently and multitask.
• Must have a positive attitude and be able to provide excellent customer service.
