River Park Hospital currently has a Full Time vacancy available for Receptionist. The Receptionist greets patients, family members, and visitors, and responds to telephone inquiries in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times. Assists or directs patients/family members or visitors to appropriate area based on needs. Provides clerical support to management team as needed. Handles multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines. Maintains confidentiality of all facility-related information.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential core function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, experience, and ability necessary to perform this job.
1. Operation of switchboard and route phone calls.
2. Great patients, visitors, and completes sign-in process.
3. Process/distributes mail.
4. Sends out referral source letters and assembles marketing materials.
Education, Certification/Licensure, and/or Experience
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience working with customers in service oriented or healthcare setting preferred.
