The Impact You’ll Make

As our Client Care Coordinator, you are the voice and face of our practice. Your role involves:

• Client Connection: Greeting pet parents with empathy, managing check-ins/check-outs, and being the friendly, professional voice on the phone.
• The "Air Traffic Controller": Managing a complex schedule, triaging phone calls, and ensuring the doctors and technicians stay on track.
• Advocacy: Answering client questions about preventative care and hospital policies with confidence and clarity.
• Financial Accuracy: Processing payments, managing patient records, and helping clients navigate pet insurance.
• The "All-In" Mentality: Jumping in wherever the day takes you—from helping a client to their car with a heavy bag of food to supporting the clinical team when an extra set of hands is needed. (Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs).

Who You Are

• Experienced in Service: You have a background in customer service, hospitality, or medical reception. Experience in the veterinary field is a huge plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
• A Communication Pro: You can handle a multi-line phone system while greeting a puppy and calming a worried pet parent—all with a smile.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: You have a sharp eye for detail and are comfortable learning new software systems.
• Positive & Reliable: You bring good energy to the team and understand that our clients and patients rely on your presence.
