BMW of Pembroke Pines is looking for a Service Receptionist to join our team! The Service Receptionist is an important front-line guest contact for our Service Department and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and premium experience for every customer. This position helps ensure smooth day-to-day service operations by greeting guests, answering calls, and providing administrative support to the service team.

What Will You Do?

• Use premium-brand telephone techniques and etiquette when assisting customers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for service customers visiting the dealership.
• Greet all customers promptly with courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Assist with customer check-in by directing guests to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Answer inbound calls and route them to the appropriate service, parts, or dealership personnel, or take and relay messages as needed.
• Help schedule transportation arrangements, including shuttle services, rideshares, or loaner vehicle coordination when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and customer waiting area.
• Offer refreshments and assist in creating a comfortable experience for customers while their vehicles are being serviced.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Parts personnel, and other departments to support customer needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, processing paperwork, and maintaining customer records.
• Support appointment scheduling and update customer information as needed.
• Help monitor service traffic and ensure customers are assisted in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the BMW brand.

What Are We Looking For?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to satisfy our background requirements
• Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or dealership experience preferred.
• Friendly, engaging personality with the ability to project a positive attitude both in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and team members across multiple departments.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership software systems is a plus.

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.00 - $23.40 USD per hour.
