Job summary

RV Country, Inc. seeks a friendly receptionist to greet customers, vendors and guests at our dealership. You will be the first point of contact and help direct people while representing our courteous, professional brand.

The role requires strong communication, multi-line phone handling, and solid office software skills. This is a full-time position supporting front-desk operations in a fast-paced auto dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, vendors and guests.
• Determines the purpose of each visit and directs or escorts to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens and directs phone calls; takes messages as needed.
• Receives and distributes mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Provides support for inventory clerk and supporting team with scanning and uploading of new unit documents and photos for website and DMS.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to customers, vendors, and other guests of RV Country. The receptionist is the first point of contact with our dealership and is expected to be friendly, positive, professional and energetic.

Job Responsibilities

• Receives and distributes mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Provides support for inventory clerk and supporting team with scanning and uploading of new unit documents and photos for quick and efficient processing to our website and DMS.
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist experience preferred.
