This full-time role operates on a 3-week rotating schedule, including every 3rd Saturday, with weekly hours varying by week. You will answer phones, greet customers, direct them to the right department, coordinate with sales and internal teams, and schedule appointments.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Punctuality and ability to handle a dynamic schedule are required.
• Professional appearance and eagerness to improve are expected.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones and greet customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person when waiting.
• Introduce customers to the salesperson and work with sales and internal teams.
• Communicate professionally with callers and visitors.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Week 1: 7:00-4:00, Week 2: 8:30-5:30, Week 3: 10:00-7:00

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Other duties as assigned
