Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Brattleboro, VT, is seeking a receptionist for a part-time evening shift. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, delivering warm, professional service in a long-term care setting.

The position offers Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings (4p–8p) with weekly pay and opportunities to grow within a family-run organization that values kindness and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
• Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Receives inquires and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures

What You'll Do:

As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.
