Job summary

Livewell Animal Hospital in Draper is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our small animal practice. You will manage front-desk duties, greet clients warmly, and help coordinate appointments and payments with accuracy and a caring touch.

We value professionalism, collaboration, and accountability, and offer growth through mentorship and internal development within Mission Pet Health’s network. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for excellent customer service and love for animals.
• Excellent communication skills in stressful situations.

• Experience with veterinary software preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain records, manage appointments, and handle transactions.
• Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services.
