The Receptionist at Tennyson Center for Children serves as the welcoming face on the front desk, answers calls, greets visitors, and routes inquiries to the appropriate staff. This on-site Colorado position reports to the Director of Operations and supports meeting coordination, mail handling, and general office duties.
Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma or equivalent with front-desk experience, a Colorado driver’s license, and the ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.

The Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, routing calls to the appropriate staff, maintaining the reception area, and providing general information to staff and visitors. This position has no supervisory duties, is an individual contributor, and reports to the Director of Operations.
