Extended Care LLC is seeking a friendly part-time Receptionist to welcome visitors, route calls, and provide basic clerical support at our affiliated facility. The role emphasizes professional telephone etiquette, strong attention to detail, and dependable teamwork to ensure smooth resident experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering and directing calls, distributing mail, and supporting daily administrative tasks.

Competenze

• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and communication.
• Ability to follow instructions and multitask.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

We are seeking a dedicated part-time afternoon Receptionist to greet all visitors and guests by welcoming them and directing them appropriately, answer and address all incoming calls and maintain clerical responsibilities.

Receptionists must have the following:

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous experience working in healthcare industry preferred

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions

• Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft

• Professional telephone etiquette

• Strong verbal and listening skills
