Job summary

Wingate Living is seeking a receptionist to handle general office tasks, greet visitors, answer and direct calls, and manage mail and supplies as part of a dedicated care team.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required, with senior living experience preferred and 6 months to 1 year of related experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Senior Living experience preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office and other software programs. Demonstrated keyboarding skills required.
